Organic Municipal Waste

Sindicatum utilizes municipal waste principally to create clean energy through the development and operation of Municipal Waste to Energy (“MWE”) projects.  Sindicatum has a proven track record, for instance, in the development and operation of landfill gas to energy investments.  Such investments include the world-class twin Kamphaeng Saen projects, in Bangkok, Thailand, in addition to a portfolio of projects in China and the US.

In order to maximize gas collection from our landfill gas projects in Asia, Sindicatum has developed a propriety technology, the Optimum Biogas Collection™ system (“OBC”) specifically with fast decomposing Asian municipal waste in mind.  The technology is based on a number of innovative features, including horizontal suction pipes (as opposed to vertical ones) couched in specially designed support frames wrapped with unique geofabric materials.  The OBC provides enhanced gas collection, thus yielding greater clean energy production and emission reductions.
